Wedding Date: 16th August 2024
Venue: Amura Restaurant
Signature Platinum Styling Brief: Sophisticated, modern, classy with a retro edge. The colour palette was fresh, crisp and clean with white floral touches including white roses and gypsophila to add that pretty little touch combined with fun silver disco balls to show the true personality of this fabulous couple.
One thing Lindsey says about this stunning summer wedding is that her heart burst with excitement from the moment Charlotte & Lewis provided a visual of their unique, quirky yet beautiful decor that they had dreamed of having for their wedding day. It was the true example of a couple opening their mind, taking a bold step towards being truly individual and creating their own wedding decor trend and vibe.
From the very first conversation we wanted to create a masterpiece, a venue that had featured so many different themes but not one that had ever involved Silver Disco Balls being used to style and deliver an unforgettable final look.
We aimed to tastefully introduce the Silver Disco Balls gradually throughout the day so by the time guests entered the reception room, they were blown away by the eye popping visual of a pretty floral aesthetic combined with fun, retro and a feeling of being in a true party atmosphere. From the statement horn arch filled with white roses and gypsophila at the top of the ceremony aisle, to the selfie mirror that was custom designed for the couple to combine a great photo opportunity to this also being the couples welcome sign. All created with love and careful attention for the wonderful couple. Not to mention the bespoke seating plan design that had been created with wedding favours of miniature silver disco balls that guests could take away as a keepsake as well as help them find their table.
We transformed areas creating new looks throughout the day and the reception room had silver disco balls of every size you could imagine (which Lindsey had to fly over to the UK and collect herself to make sure they arrived in one piece!!) mixed with candles and floral detail on the main reception guest tables to create a romantic feel during the evening.
The entertainment was on point, the dance floor was on fire and best of all the couple created their own fairytale wedding day filled with lots of love, happiness and a huge happily ever after.
