Lanzarote is a beautiful island and for many of the couples I have worked with over the years, this has been their special place to visit when they’re able to get away from the mundane everyday life. It’s also because of the magical memories made whilst visiting Lanzarote, this has been the location that many have chosen to celebrate their wedding day. The all year round sunshine most certainly is an added advantage…
It’s also been the place that I have been fortunate to call my home since I was eleven years old and where I have been fortunate to bring up my son Theo which is why Lanzarote has a very special place also in my heart.
So you may ask “What’s My Happy Place” here in Lanzarote?
My happy place would definitely be by the sea. Although I am not a fan of sand or beaches, I love to hear the ocean and could happily sit and watch the waves for hours and take in the sea air. It’s a great place to reflect, appreciate, and take a break from life as for many I am sure would agree it’s so easy to forget how fortunate we are when we lead busy lives.
So why “Wedding Planning” and why “Lanzarote”??
I’ve always had a career in planning, from having a background in advertising to even being in finance for numerous years this has been a big factor in my working day to day. I’m also an organiser, a total perfectionist (attention to detail is key!!) and from being bilingual and living here since my younger years I wanted to offer a more unique, bespoke wedding planning experience. I’m keen to achieve the unknown, I thrive on making the “impossible” happen and I love a challenge. Above all, I wanted to show every side of Lanzarote, little gems of venues that are more exclusive, and what I brand as more “Signature”. Above all I am a romantic at heart and love to create and design the fairytale, bringing love to life.
